Just to precise that you don't want to listen the full broadcast of Gordon Brown, the topic about oneaccount was raised at 18minutes.

The letter is posted earlier in this thread, but just reposting to keep it visible.

If the threats are going to be deleted without any reason, i can hardly call this website CUSTOMER REVENGE.
Martin could have remove the single post/posts if there were offending any body.
VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!0 -
The question is, how long will this thread last until it suffers the same fate? Hard to see the point of a consumers forum that cannot criticize companies without being silenced. We need to know what particular comments brought about the removal and be careful not to give them another chance to shut us up.0

I had been following the original thread as I have a RBS offset mortgage and this is very similar/same as one account including the recent diabolical 1% only cut. I have posted this because the original thread has disappeared and now a search on this site for RBS offset does not bring up the new thread, hopefully now it will!!:D ,
Like many here have e mailed MP's Darling etc
Have never posted on this kind of thing before but really feel there is momentum building here and some momentum to really make things happen

Text of email sent to business.editor@guardian.uk.co ref Rupert Jones article today.
The above article was posted on www.moneysavingexpert.com forums on a thread that had 50,000 views by concerned customers of The One Account. Tonight that thread has disappeared. No one can get an answer from the administrator as to why - but it seems very odd that on the day RBS get some public bad press about this account and their refusal to lower interest rates as they promised the government, that the thread has gone.
It is also very concerning that this has happened on Martin Lewis's flagship site. A lot of people place great faith in Mr Lewis's integrity. It would be a great shame if this was damaged0 -
Has anyone actually complained to One Account? Surely if enough people phone in, and register a formal complaint they might actually take notice, especially with all these letters going to MP's and the new Facebook group.0

more evidence that quite a few banks are not playing ball
