Hi,

Does anyone know if I go through CBKs to book with Kuoni whether it will track as 3% of the full amount or just the deposit?

Also, these days are there any companies still offering to price match? The price I've got is quite competative with the 5% discount they are running at the moment - Hayes and Jarvis is £800pp more for the same holiday!

How much is your holiday as Quidco offer £80 cashback.
Also have you tried shopping around with some of the online agencies. I managed to save £500 by haggling between different ones. Where are you going?

Hiya,

For the 4 of us it's approaching £6,000 or just over and it's the Maldives we're looking at for 12/13/14 nights. That's why it will work out better if CBK give 3% of the total, but the Quidco cashback will be better if the cashback is based on the deposit.

I'm not sure if we'll be able to save a lot - this option gives us an upgraded room, seaplane transfer and also scheduled flights with Sri Lankan. However, I'm all for bargaining so will keep looking!

We booked Mauritius through Tropical Sky - might be worth giving them a call and giving them your quote (less the cashback of course) and see what they can do.

Also have you got one of the AMEX cashback credit cards, you could use this to get 5% cashback as well?
