ebico too good to be true??

ok, i'm in the process of switching to this ebico company (for gas only)
scottishpower charge 4.997 kwh
ebico charge 3.77 kwh
i'm not sure what this means, lol but i see ebico's figure is lower!!
they claim i do not have to be on a prepayment plan, they will take out the meter as soon as i switch to them.
is this too good to be true?

No it's not too good to be true. My mum's been with them for about 6 months now and they are much better than Scottish Power and Scottish Gas.0
