Amazon market place...

I've found something on Amazon market place that retails for £300 nearly but it only £200 from a seller which is used but says like new.

This is VERY cheap for what hes selling (if you havent already guessed what it is)

I've also got £85 worth of vouchers so this would be a very good buy I'm just sceptical. The seller has 61 ratings and 100% feedback. Would you risk it?

Like new isn't new so it is a gamble, also watch the postage. One other thing, I'm not sure but I don't think you can use Amazon vouchers against a marketplace sale..I'm not sure though and will wait to be corrected.

I understand the difference but I'm wondering if its faulty, doesnt turn up, is bashed arond etc will Amazon make sure I get my money back.

I didn't think it would let me use them but at checkout it asks if I want to add them so I think it will.

Some sellers let you use the vouchers with them. If it asks then you should be fine to use them :) I did recently.
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you are a mistake.

You first have to discuss a refund with your seller, then after 21 or 25 days (I can't remember which) if seller refuses to refund you then you can do an A-Z claim but usually will have to return the item at your own expense fully tracked.

So yes you do have protection, but it is not the same as buying from Amazon direct.

Ask them a few relevant questions and see what they say. Don't go overboard though or they might think your up to somethging.

As for vouchers I doubt it (but stand to be corrected)

    Ahhhh.

Do you have a CEX shop near you - we picked one up from there at a great price - the original 60gb / backwards compatible one too.
