It seems that they were unable to stop the rate reduction for Income Support cases, so they will be dealt with in Feb by increasing the rate to above the 6% rate to compensate. Might be worth speaking to your lender so they know, although in most cases the interest will still be covered.0 -
In relation to MI.
The rate will be held at 6.08% for six months and then will be reviewed. Originally the rate was to decrease to 4.something% in line with the BOE interest rate fall.
However there was a technical issue with the IS benefit system which I believe has now been sorted. The JSA system was much easier to update.0 -

Does this mean tha Jan payment will be lower? Ahhh I think I have been affected by all this, sigh and of course magic money out of thin air lol!Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0
