Airtours Presige Holiday

I booked an Airtours PRESTIGE holday in March 2008 (departure Jan 2009) and received E-mail (PDF) confirmation of the booking from www.airtours.co.uk. On paying the balance on 29/11/08, to Thomas Cook, i received a similar PDF but the holiday now shows as an Airtors SELECT holiday.
I E-Mailed [EMAIL="yourholiday@airtours.co.uk"]yourholiday@airtours.co.uk[/EMAIL] but have been getting the run around for days. They indicated that they could not find the booking from the reference on their documentation, then they implied that i had booked via ONE WORLD TRAVEL in CRAIGAVON. I responded that i have no idea who OWT are and even where Craigavon is! I pointed them back to their original PDF and asked that they call my mobile to dicuss this matter.
They have responded that they are an E-mail response team and are sticking to their original finding re OWT in Craigavon. They consider the matter closed as they can be of no assistance as i did not book with them (despite giving them actual documentation of the booking).
Where now?

Well surely this booking was made online as they can see. I think they might have made a mistake, my advice is to conatct airtours themselves, or thomas cook. I wouldnt be trying to resolve the problem over an email, you will get no whereI am a Travel Agent
