M&S 20% sale day - beware problems online

Not going to bother as I too am still waiting for my stuff from 2 weeks ago. Money out of my account didn't include the 20% off or the free delivery. I had to call them yesterday to have it applied. Supposed to be here on the 2nd but tracking shows it has been sitting in Aberdeen since the second.
Somehow I am not surprised . I order online all the time and M&S for me have consitently been the worst for non delivery. When you order you get an estimate and then usually on the first day they could deliver I get an email to say delivery will be from another date. Find that if I have bras in the order it is consistently late however if there are no bras delivery is OK.
Guess what is in this parcel!!!
I too am still waiting from 2 weeks ago. I was very nice when I rang CS and said the service wasn't good enough - and they have given me £10 onto my card as a goodwill gesture - if yours still hasn't come - I'd ring them and see if they give you the same!0 -
just spotted a little piece of wording on the website which states
"All clothing, home, wine,hampers and gift orders placed will be delivered by Christmas.
Some delivery dates displayed during the checkout process may not be accurate".
it sounds like their way of saying "we told you delivery next week but actually you won't get until Christmas Eve and we warned you so too bad"!!!!!!NO FARMS = NO FOOD0 -
I too ordered just after midnight 0009 and my order says it will be with me between 10-12 december! Then placed order later about1300 and still same date. However like others I only recieved my order from the last one yesterday! I also noticed like others that certain deals that were on the day before had been removed on the 20% day!0

I ordered flowers online yesterday earliest delivery is 29th December a bit late for Christmas.0
