Sorry if I sound dumb, but how would that work? We have a Sainsbury's credit card jointly, which we spend around £600 a month on and pay off in full by DD - this is all our food, petrol, travel, etc.. We picked it because we shop in Sainsburys so we boost our Nectar points (so far have £120 to spend on Christmas food and wine).
I'm guessing you mean we could replace this with a cashback card for this spending instead and I suppose pay for things like car insurance and holidays which we pay by debit card.
Off to see if there is already an article on this.....and hopefully a best buy table too!

Yes - you've got it - if you check out Martin's article you'll see that the Nectar points stack up poorly compared to a good cashback card...0
