Aga Masterchef element

One of our ovens has stopped heating up.
The guy that came to clean it thought it was the element.

I have done a search and seen that people do replace their own elements and I also saw a video for the replacement of an element in a Neff oven.

Does anybody know how easy it is to replace the element in the Aga Masterchef, and have any tips for how I should go about it

Many thanks

    I thought I would bump this as I have had a closer look at the element.

    I am pretty sure the element is damaged, having looked at the descriptions on other threads.

    The back plate is removed which exposes the element and the fan.

    The element is held on by a plate with two screws.

    Having now looked into this I think I may have two potential problems;
    1. the wire is not long enough to detach the old element and attach the new one.
    2. I need to access the element via the back of the oven, i.e if I remoe the crews then the bolts that hold them in place will drop down the back of the oven.

    Does anybody know whether I will encounter these problems, in which case I need to access the oven from the back?

    I hope I have described this properly.
