Thank-you to everyone for helping me with this, I rang Jonathan Attwood thanks to anta, and he reversed the negative feedback and added my swapits points for the two items to my account - I got through right away and he was very nice about it all.

Great result - thank-you again. I'm now going to spend my points, (yes I'm starting to wonder if I need a life as well!)

There is a new 'Thinkuknow' treasure hunt where you can get 5 swapits every day. Just go onto swapits offers, and then you'll see that it says 'thinkuknow' treasure hunt...just click on it and you'll get your swaps. :j
