I don't suppose that anyone here has an email address/telephone number for swapits that works please?

I sold a few things on their website, posted them, (and have proof of postage), but they have given me negative feedback, (Cancelled - not sent in on time (-3)) for them - I've tried emailing info@swapitshop.com, (their address in their standard emails), lots of times but never get a response and I can't find another contact on their website!!

I'm not happy - I don't like negative feedback when I haven't done anything wrong! Please help me?

Strange.. I wrote to ask a simple question to the same mail, and got answer on the next day

1) did you send fowarding stamps with your items? if you didnt then they cant post the items on and u get negative points.
2) did you label each item with ur member no. and transaction no.?
3) did you post to correct address?
4) did you send within 14 days?

Hi, thanks for your response - yes I did all of those things and I posted the day after first class. I'm hoping it's just a one off because everyone else I know says that swapits is great - but if anyone knows of a phone number for them please let me know

At least i know the address is valid then - but why aren't they replying? I'm going to sent a not quite so nice email to them next!!
