Flying from London on the 18th of January, you will spend two nights at the Kaamos Hotel, with breakfast, winter overalls, boots, hats and mittens all included in the prize. You will also have the chance to go on an exciting wilderness safari by snowmobile through Jukkasjärvi's forest, experiencing all this arctic environment has to offer.

4. The prize: A trip for two people, the winner and a companion, to Sweden. The trip must be taken between 18th January 2009 and 20th January 2009 and the prize includes return economy class flights from the UK, to be chosen at Warner’s sole discretion (see Warner Terms and Conditions below), two (2) nights accommodation at the Ice Hotel in Sweden and transport to and from the airport to the Ice Hotel.

5. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.


2. The prize will be booked by Warner and the trip must be taken between 18th January 2009 and 20th January 2009. If prize winner is unable to take the trip on these dates due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control then Warner may at its absolute discretion agree to amend the date of the trip to a mutually convenient date. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companion are available to travel on the dates above prior to entry of the competition and have a valid passport and/or other necessary travel documentation and visas. The prize is subject to availability and any other applicable restrictions, and to the terms and conditions hereof. The prize is non-changeable, non-transferable and non-upgradeable. No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given. To the full extent permitted by law, Warner is not liable for any costs, liabilities, damages or losses incurred by the winner and their companion, or for any medical conditions incurred or aggravated as a result of taking up the prize.

3. Warner may request that a Prize Winner contact Warner to confirm that they are a winning entrant and/or to provide proof of identity, age and residency. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, any online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorised holder of the email account from which the entry was submitted. An entrant may be requested to provide Warner with proof that they are the authorised holder of the email account associated with the winning entry.

4. Warner Music accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

5. For the avoidance of doubt Warner Music shall accept no responsibility for any travel, insurance, applicable taxes and for any expenses not specified in the prize description associated with the prize and all such costs are the responsibility of the winner.
