Wow pedro/Z, that was an amazing post and I do thank you. I do plan on sticking around because though there weren't many posts on this thread, I was able to pool together knowledge from other threads in this forum too, to help me out. All in all, MSE helped out a lot.

Well done Brammeldi, your persistance is a lesson to other MSE members who have problems with their Travel Insurers.
If you looke at FH Brits posts, he strongly recommends MSE members give White Horse the big swerve. (FH Brit manages the debts owed to Florida Hospitals by UK holiday makers who have either not paid as they did not have cover or their Insurers are slow paying or the Insurers have refused the claim. He gets a lot of "customers" who have cover with White Horse and recommends against using them.
