It's more or less the same as the Hoover promotion. The only difference is that Hoover sorted it out fairly quickly and most people did get a flight. In the case of the Daily Express people have been waiting FOUR years for their cruise and the paper seems determined not to give in unless they are taken to court. This has happened quite a few times and the paper has lost every time. I would have thought they would have got the message now, and that they would do the decent thing and fulfill the promise of a "£10 cruise for all our readers" that was made back in 2004.
