I'll make sure I'm not around then
Seriously though whenever I make casserole I just bung it all togther but I don't use bought sauces but it should still turn out ok.0 -
I would add either some red, orange or yellow pepper to that as I love pepper and it is a great source of vitamin C, so you don't need to use as much to get the same amount of vitamin C as you would certain other veg.0

My kids cringe at peppers
They wouldn't touch the meal if i added them.

Aww thats a pity. I didn't used to like them when I was younger either. Have you got a blender type thing you can use? I've moaned about the cost of them recently but that is because I use equal quantities of them to other veg as I love them but if you're just going on Vitamin C factor, then you could disguise it by having it as part of a sauce and it still probably has a lot more goodness than some of the other veg used.0

How about some tinned sweetcorn, and a teaspoon of garlic salt ,and a sneaky drop of worcester sauce behind their back .Encourage them by making their favourite pud, so the quicker they finish the sooner they get pudding Bribery sometimes help to get the little dears motivated
Failing that just beat them as usual into submission0 -
