Need to recover a gmail password

As per title thread.

Changed the password on my gmail account now cant get back in. Any know of a good free password recovery tool.

have you changed it in the web mail settings on the Gmail site, if so you can only get them to remind you

do you mean from Outlook express ?

I have tried through google but im not having much luck with the secondary email - not sure i gave one in the first place.

the password is on their servers...not sure of a way round them telling you the password



If you have logged in, or tried to log in to your account in the past five days, but you do not have a secondary email address listed in your Google account: Please wait five days before trying to reset your password. After five days, you will be able to reset your password by answering your security question.

If your account has been idle for five days: Answer your security question, and select a new password. If you aren't able to reset your password, please contact us.

I've just read that too Browntoa. Trouble is what security question i chose now!

Thanks for your help tho, ill just leave it for 5 days and in that time ill try and recall the security q.
