  • Greenpixie, I want that purple chick! I think it looks fab, I really wish I could get the hang of knitting but just can't.

Sorry to ask but how do you seal the ends of the clear tubes? I got some overhead projector sheets from work that they were going to throw out so I thought I could make some out of that. I don't usually make Easter presents for my friends but these are such cute ideas that I may do! not very mse but nevermind! lol!

Hi crazychatter I did a kind of tutorial here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1439435&page=2&highlight=tube for the clear tubes. Hope it helps.
  • I love the idea of the peeps in a jar. And the recipient can then use the ingredients to simply make their easter treat.

Does anyone know where you can get the marshmallow peeps (marshmallows shaped like chicks, rabbits etc.) in the UK as it seems to be an american thing.
Also do we have Grahams crackers here?? or can anyone suggest a uk alternative?

    Thanks

Sweden and Germany do the "marshmallow peeps" as well so perhaps try IKEA or Lidl closer to Easter if you got one near by

Hi - I did see some shaped marshmallows in Superdrug a couple of weeks ago - you could try there - as for Grahams crackers I have no idea what these are - so am sorry that I cant even give you an alternative.
