Btw - I had to brake suddenly to avoid one of their vans which shot out in front of me on a roundabout this morning. Well, at least it means they are out delivering!
city link use RM,TNT and home delivery network in mainland UK0 -
Yes City Link (or Aldergrove Couriers as they used to be known) are a right pain in the !!!!! My work used to use them but they regularly lost items or sent them to the wrong parts of the country! Once I had to go to their Aldergrove depot to collect a parcel. Once there, they said they couldn't find it. Eventually they found out it had been re-loaded onto the van and was currently driving around Lurgan! They phoned the van driver and he said I could meet him in a car park - but I wasn't having any of that! Eventually the parcel was returned to sender (SVP) and I contacted them to get them to use Royal mail the next time!0

We got a card about an Amazon parcel recently + rang to request re-delivery in 2 days when we'd be in. To our surprise we got a card the next day. Didn't bother ringing that night as guessed that my original instructions (for the next day) would now be followed + didn't want to confuse things further. Guess what? No delivery. When I rang the depot, while nice, they insisted that unless the parcel was now collected that it'd be sent back! Grrr!0

you see many people say to us(RM) why dont you attempt redelivery the next day with all packages
but to me 99% of people who werent in that day are unlikely to be in the next0
