Using the phone for any sort of communication with CSA employees is suicide.
Couldn't agree more with the above remarks. The following are my golden rules, I suggest you follow them;
Never phone!
Always write!
Always send by recorded delivery!
If they phone you....never speak!
(once they have introduced themselves, DON'T be rude to them, just put the phone down)
Keep copies of all comunication, yours and theirs, don't lose anything!0
