Start up - System 32 appears - solution?

Hello
Each time I start up my PC a screen pops up with "System 32" heading telling me it should be hidden and telling me not to modify it.
I simply X it out each time but it bugs me! Can I stop it popping up?

I have done a clean up and compress. We'll see if that does the trick - if not I'll live with it0 -
