I ordered from this company over 2wks ago,they took my money right away and i have been chasing them ever since for the order,they ignore emails and had also been ignoring phone calls but i managed to speak to someone today who had the cheek to say that after all this time my product is out of stock and she had no idea how this happened,thats their c.s. for you they have no idea about anything.I await with baited breath for a refund and wouldnt touch them again with a 50ft bargepole.Avoid at all costs as i think they are having financial probs.

i have had £260 debited on 20/11/08 and rec'd nothing i am having the same contact issues except i have not spoken to anyone

That makes three of us. Their website is also suspiciously experiencing "technical difficulties" for a long time now. Please keep us posted, anyone who has any progresss

I am also waiting for refunds on goods from this company-since November!Did speak to someone in Customer Services before Xmas holidays who promised "cheque in post",but no cheque and no reply on phone.Not looking good

I too have had problems. I bought and paid for goods on 22 November and no sign - never managed to get through on the phone and I even found another number! I am now proceeding with the recovery of my money through my credit card company. Annoyingly a friend ordered after me and received evrything she ordered!
