Dorothy Perkins - please update

I used to work for arcadia and when customers had issues like this, they could and did call in, we would either give them a temporary code that would work, or would refund them the discount straight back onto their card. It does take a few days to go back onto the card- roughly 5 to 7 working days if I remember correctly, but I left earlier this year and things may have speeded up by then.

The number for DP should be on the website somewhere with the contact us details.

Hi, have seen a couple of items on the Dorothy Perkins site i'd love but the free code they gave me when I registered doesn't seem to work on sale items (WELFREE) - does anybody have any other codes I can try :A

December was still working on New Year's Eve but seeing as it's January now it might have stopped working! Might still be worth a try though. If not, the code PIGSBACK gives 10% off.

Thank you, the pigsback worked fine meaning I only had to pay £1.75 extra for delivery - so pleased as really wanted some of those fluffy slippers at a good price plus had 4 tops for just over £24 :T
