    CLOSER is still working for 15% off and if you add NOVEMBER or DECEMBER for free standard delivery on the 2nd page of the check out that goes through aswell. For some reason the free delivery code doesn't register if you add it at the beginning

    I couldn't get this one to work, only the 10% one would work.

    Let us know what they say in their response.
  • The website seems to work today (I also tried yesterday and it didn't work) but it still doesn't seem to want to accept the code at the checkout. t automatically wrote the code DPGLAMOUR in the box, but when I click "verify" it doesn't recognise it. I've emailed them and this was their reply...

    Has anyone got it to work the way it's supposed to rather than purchasing and then asking them for a refund?!!?
  • I cant get it to work either, blinking annoying as I have a massive order and 20% would come in handy, not sure whether to go ahead and place an order now without the notw discount just incase they sell out of the clothes I am after:confused:

    Just now I entered DECEMBER as the free delivery code, and it was accepted, and my delivery total updated itself to £0.00. However when I went onto the final checkout page, the postage had updated itself back to £4.00! It told me I had "already used" the code - I hadn't!!

    I was so annoyed I just cancelled the whole order before checking out.Just
  • Hi, I have been watching this site almost daily since last Sunday in the hope that someone would come up with an answer to the discount code problem! As there was no joy I went ahead and placed my order, using the discount code automatically filled in, in the box on the DP website of DPGLAMOUR. Now this didn't show my discount but I wasn't too worried because I thought I'd get a refund however, when I emailed DPs afterwards they told me that they had no record of this discount code!!! Has anyone else had this problem? Am furious as it would seem I've lost out on about £25.00 worth of discount!
