on the 11th December i purchased 2 Vinopolis experience for two (wine tasting) at £25 each. 1 voucher arrived about a week later but no sign of the other one.
i emailed them as i could not find a number on their web site to call them and you get an automated reply saying that they will contact me as quickly as they can.
i received a reply the following day saying that they will contact Vinopolis direct and will contact me within the next 3 days.
i didn't receive an email so i had to contact them again and they replied Christmas eve with this,
Please note that all the orders, which are placed before 19 December
2005, should be delivered before Christmas. The same information is
given in your confirmation email.
I would like to inform you that your remaining order must have been
despatched by now and it will be delivered before Christmas.
Further, as the suppliers are closed now due to the festive season, we
will not be able to give you the exact date of despatch. We will write
back to you with an update on your issue once they are back for
business.
i emailed them again on wednesday 4th january and i still have not had a reply.
they took the money straight away from my account but i only received 1 experience.
i had to give a photocopy to my brother in law saying that it was only a copy and it had not arrived yet (very embarassing)
i just dont know what to do next as all i have is an email address to contact them.

I realise it is a bit late now, but for anyone thinking of going to Vinopolis there are a lot of BOGOF deals around. I took my father just before Christmas using a BOGOF voucher from the Evening STandard, it was a very pleasant afternoon out. We paid £20 between us and had several tastings and a complete gin cocktail!
While we were waiting several other people came in with different vouchers, some were apparently left in restaurants and one lot of people had found online vouchers.Well worth watching for.

I eventually telephoned Lasminute again and said that the vouchers had not arrived and i would like a refund or the vouchers to be with me within a week.
They advised that i telephone Vinopolis direct and i was not very happy about this as i think Lastminute should have been doing all of the chasing.
I telephoned Vinopolis direct and they said that it was their mistake as they had read the order as 1 voucher so offered to send me the missing vouchers.
The vouchers arrived the following day.
I also noticed yesterday on my credit card statement that Lastminute had actually refunded me the £25.
Wah Hoo free Vinopolis voucher for 2 so now i can take my Husband there for a treat as i had to buy a replacement Christmas present for the missing vouchers.0 -
So it worked out quite well in the end even if you did have quite a bit of hassle chasing it all up!Weight Loss - 102lb0
