Waterproof SatNav

Appologies if this has been covered, I have searched but couldn't find anything...
Anyway, I have a motorcycle and would like to fit a SatNav. I know there are specific ones for bikes (such as TomTom's Rider) but they seem to have inflated prices just because they are for bikes.
I have been told that there are some 'normal' SatNav's that could be used, and are waterproof, but I can't find any reviews that state if they are waterproof or not (including this sites reviews - Martin
) so it's impossible to see if they are suitable.
So, does anyone know of a (preferably cheap) SatNav that may be suitable? (Preferably with Europe maps - if it makes a difference).
Cheers
Vic

I have a couple of their mobile phone cases. They are impermeable to water, even when totally immersed.0 -
Yes, cheers, I use one of those at the moment, but it makes it very difficult to mount the unit to the bike, and also connect the wiring. It's also difficult to re-programme the SatNav if you need to.
They are good though, as you say, I've got a couple (mobile phones etc) and they haven't once leaked yet.

You could strap it to your ear under your helmet and just listen for the audible advice?!:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things.
