Icesave ISA certificate?

I received my Icesave savings and ISA cash a few weeks ago.
I seem to recall that they would send out an ISA certificate so that th ISA amount could be paid into a new ISA without losing its tax-free status.
I haven't received an ISA certificate in the post yet. Has anyone else?
