Ordered from letterbox.co.uk (a children's toy website) on 14th November. Money was taken on 17th, but so far no goods. Emails don't get replied to, my phone calls receive a recorded message asking you to email...
As I had ordered a Christmas gift for my niece, I think I better have a plan B!
I can't find anywhere online saying it's stopped trading, but as there are not many days left, I'd suggest buying elsewhere to avoid disappointment!

I have posted a reply to you on the other thread also, however, thought I should let everyone know that we ordered from Letterbox last friday night (28th Nov) & have received a confirmation email from them today to say the order has been dispatched.
Perhaps your order has been lost in the post? Hope you get the problem resolved soon.

Our order has arrived today so I'm presuming your case is an isolated problem. To be honest Letterbox were by far the most reasonably priced retailer for the items we wanted so I hope your bad experience doesn't put yourself & others off from using them.Beautiful DD born Jan 2007

They always have a sale here in cornwall. Everything goes silly money like 90% off. I always miss it and it's never advertised.
