    Those homeowners who stayed within their means won't be struggling only the one's who foolishly believed that they could afford 100-125% mortgages
    If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly

    Surely, if you are a " homeowner " you will not have a mortgage anyway, only home buyers have mortgages.;)
