Has anyone had trouble with DVDCrave.co.uk? I bought 3 DVDs for presents. When they turned up, they were in unsealed thin plastic covers, written in German and looked like free dvds found in newspapers. Trying to get a refund but haven't been able to contact the company. The email address given to me by PayPal doesn't seem to exist. HELP!
paid by paypal but they have been useless. they gave an incorrect email address for dvdcrave.co.uk and when i disputed, paypal said they were no longer involved and that i should take up the matter with dvdcrave but without any contact details, this is impossible.

Sorry to say, it looks dodgy to me and the dvd's you've received are more than likely copies. How did you pay for them?

I would have thought the fact that none of the pictures on the site are of the actual DVD covers would have given it away. They are all Movie Posters or the Shrek one isn't even that its the cover of a Shrek book.

The site stinks, they only accept PayPal, they will not refund under any circumstances.......The best thing you can do is lodge a dispute with PayPal, but even if successful you're not guaranteed to get your money back.

Here's a good example that should set alarm bells ringing! 24 Season 1 (6 disc series) put on to two discs.............£58!!!
