Hi,

Has anyone's order from last Thursday been despatched yet?

I know it says it might take a few extra days but I ordered quite a few Xmas presents and I'm getting a bit nervous :eek:

Got the last of my delivery from the last sale this morning - as with the last one I requested a replacement for, the items had clearly been broken before they were wrapped and then sent out, as the packaging was immense and intact.
So cross, but M&S have sent a full refund plus a £5 evoucher but it does still leave me short of a present for Xmas.

Yes, I have 2 orders that were dispatched on the 06 December by Royal Mail and the remaining 2 orders are showing as dispatching soon. So I am expecting deliveries tomorrow.

I have 3 orders and all dispatched 6th December, I am expecting them tomorrow.

I'm really worried now as my orders are all showing as 'not yet despatched'.

Well the things I ordered on 20th Nov has still not turned up, I have asked for a full refund what a total waste of time!!!

I had an email saying the order would be split and sent in two deliveries, then an email saying I had already had the whole delivery, then an email saying I would be getting nothing, but that they would like to assure me that I would not be charged!
None of the emails came from an address that would accept a reply, so each time I had to go through My Account. They are now claiming that I never placed the order, as their sneaky new system deletes all details of anything their stock 'control' can't handle. A shambles.

I have had an email yesterday telling me that my order has been despatched.

I did 2 orders on the previous 20% off day and they were delivered about 2 days after I had the email notification of despatch. One box was damaged, I had 2 items missing and they were replaced within a few days.
