Just a reminder (from this weeks MSE email)
Boots - mega points promotion Thurs 4 - Sun 7 Dec - spend £50 and get £10 worth of Boots points In store

Spend £50 or more in Boots from Thursday 4 until Sunday 7 Dec and you'll be able to pick up 1000 extra Boots Advantage Card points. This translates to £10 worth of points on your card that you can spend in store. Spend £100 and you'll get 2000 points, roughly £20 to spend in any Boots.

Also, apparently Mr B is going to be starting the BOGOF on Christmas gifts earlier than usual this year. It was going to start today but has been postponed for now on the advice of the sales team so keep your ears to the ground folks.

They don't do bogof on christmas gifts. Always 3 4 2 until christmas. Unless your thinking of the 50% sale?

Maybe the S+G 3 4 2 is store specific. Will have a look at my local and see if it is still on and let you know.

OFF TOPIC: I don't know if any of you have SKY, but they have a games channel (press the INTERACTIVE button on the remote, then option 2 for SKY GAMESTAR). They are doing an advent thing and have 1 FREE GAME per day. The games are fun and are both for children (get the kids playing whilst you discuss Bootsing tactics on here) and adults. Today it was Tomb Raider. Normally you have to pay to play these games and I am sure a lot of people do pay, but it's on a FREE thing at the moment. Check it out. My nephew, niece and me all love it. They have Tom and Jerry, Scooby Doo, Spongebob games etc. Enjoy. I'm off to play some more Tomb Raider! LOL.

I thought it usually went to a 50% off sale but the BOGOF will be prior to the sale, presumably to try and boost the sales figures in line with other stores. If Mr B does do this then I wonder if there'll even be a 50% sale or if it will go straight to 75% off. Oooooh the speculation...;)

I haven't heard anything of this tbh, but at this time of year things move so quick to keep up with the competition that anything could happen!
