Yes, I returned mine (not quite that much  £22) 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything, so I phoned cs and told them I had a certificate of posting, they said they couldn't find my returned stuff anywhere, but did still credit me.Hi everyone,
Just a quick one, maybe AK can help?
I returned nearly £300 worth of goods back to Boots and guess what..............
All lost in the post!!!!
I have my proof of returns but has anyone experienced this? I wouldn't mind but it was 4 huugggggggeeeeee boxes worth!!!
How long has it been? they said it can take 2 weeks for a return to be fully processed.
Did cs know you were going to be returnng the items, if they did that should help as there will a note on your acount.
Did you get a proof of posting, or get your returns thing stamped? so long as you have that, you should be OK though it may take a long time to sort out.
sorry can't be more help, I hope cs sort it, because claiming off RM takes ages.
Did you do it recorded delivery? (although when using the Boots returns services I know didn't think that would be necessary), cos that has insurance in it.0 -

This one starts tomorrow
Boots - mega points promotion Thurs 4 - Sun 7 Dec - spend £50 and get £10 worth of Boots points In store
Spend £50 or more in Boots from Thursday 4 until Sunday 7 Dec and you'll be able to pick up 1000 extra Boots Advantage Card points. This translates to £10 worth of points on your card that you can spend in store. Spend £100 and you'll get 2000 points, roughly £20 to spend in any Boots.
they may have another one similar to this later in december too but you dont usually find out til a week or few days before hand."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." — Marilyn Monroepinkladymel wrote: »she hasn't lost the ol' Bootsing magic

so can I check this, if theres a minimum spend to get extra points or a GWP you only have to spend what it SHOULD cost?
eg the above should cost over £10 so you still get the GWP?
Also had a thought about the top up thing... maybe top up vouchers (the ones they give to you to put a code in) can't be paid with points, but etop ups (where they are paid straight to the phone company through the till and you dont have to do a thing) can be? Possibly, just a thought. Wouldnt make sense but you never know!
No, I think this whole thing is a red herring. I bought a voucher the other day, the sort you have to put a code in the phone, and paid with points without any problems.0 -
if some one is after the no7 gwp and doesnt want to spend £18, no7 P&P body serum 200ml is half price £12,47 gwp is also added to basketEVERYBODY MOVE TO THE CLOUDY ROOM, EVERYBODY MOVE!!!
