OH and I are going to Southampton tomorrow and will no doubt brave Boots to see if anything decent is left, I'm not going to buy for the sake of it but a bargain or two wouldnt go amiss!

Arrrrrrrrrr stupid boots website, trying to place an order and it keeps getting an error when i try paypal, so now trying my debit card and getting same error. I went to meadowhall boots today and it was heaving. I got a armani code set for my oh for a present next year.

The real sale is the 75% off. Keep your cool (and your points) and wait for it to start...online if you're paying with money, instore with points. There will be plenty left if last year is anything to go by and if you're just looking for general gifts rather than specifics.

I quite agree, The No 7 Skincare set is now MORE expensive than before the sale, as it was half price AND 3 4 2 before Christmas!

You really need to keep your wits about you with these so called 'sales'! the 75% off is the best, and I picked up quite a few rolls of wrapping paper last year for 16p a roll in the 90% off sale, as well as some soap and soap dish sets for 30p, a Ted baker set for £1.50 and bath salts for 30p.

Hiya i was looking for that also today in Bristol but none to be found in 2 boots, the perfume shop, debenhams or the fragrance shop (they all are doing the set half price if you can find it). Nothing excitting in boots only soap and glory glove story left but hey loads of the no7 skincare set I counted at least 20 of them.

Same!! I was there about 30 mins after it opened, and the other one around 45 and there was no S&G at all (apart from the glove story thingy). Maybe all the staff got it beforehand? it was manic with people buying perfume sets etc. I got bashed a few times !
