last year it was a couple of hours between the link and going live so may have to wait a bit."I'm selfish, impatient and a little insecure. I make mistakes, I am out of control and at times hard to handle. But if you can't handle me at my worst, then you sure as hell don't deserve me at my best." — Marilyn Monroepinkladymel wrote: »she hasn't lost the ol' Bootsing magic

No, it's a secret! Nobody knows anything, except for Santa! Have got fed up nipping from the Superdrug site, to the Boots site, and back again, whilst trying to do the million and one things us gals, Mums, Grandmas, Aunties must do today.
No Mimi, and the other boys here, I am not being sexist! My OH helps and does what I ask him to, but I have to say exactly what I mean, else he imitates you and does a Little Boy Pout, and sulks, muttering something like "yes, I know I cut the brussels into quarters, but you didn't ask me not to, did you? OK, I'm the world's worst husband, absolutely useless, don't know why you married me ...." etc etc!
In case anyone thinks that's a stupid example, he did quarter the sprouts many decades ago - cos his Mum did!
To cap it all, I took time out to watch Sky News who said "The M & S sale will be going online at one minute past noon". So of course, I dropped everything, and poised myself over the keyboard, to find it was totally wrong, and M & S must have had a fit, cos now there's a message online saying it's starting at midnight.
Thank you all so very much for all the glitches, advanced warnings, funny anecdotes, and for making me laugh so much.
Special message for dotchas. I'm a member of your BC club too, and Bootsing has given me such a buzz, and made me feel a million times better than all the medicine in the world!
Won't be on again for a few days, so a Very Merry Christmas to everybody out there, may you have a Happy and Healthy New Year, and for those of you with little ones with you, or expected soon - enjoy! I apologise to you, but I am Grandma, and though I try to be very good all year round, Christmas is so special so I do spoil my beautiful grandchildren. Sorry! (not really!)

:jIts on but its having a bit of a panic attack attack at the moment the 3 for 3 items are going out of my basket and the prices have all gone up , but try and put anything from the list in and it falls apart and sends all sorts of strange messages. It looks like it is updating so we may have to be patent for a while - Only problem is I have none left !!!!!:j0

I've recently done a big order on boots.com, and want to return a couple of items (probably locally rather than returns form) as they are apparently duplicate gifts. They're not part of 342s, but I used a total spend voucher for £100 and if I return them the total would be just under £100. Will they take off the total spend bonus points?
Would it be the same whether I return in store or by post? And would it be the same if I had purchased in store or online.
Many thanks for your time and merry Christmas all.
I've done this and it seems that they leave your lovely points alone! but it might be SA dependant because mine took off a token 1 point. If they say they are going to remove points you could exchange some of the order to take you back up over the £100? ( Maybe some JK files to get extra points :rotfl:)
I would return in store if you can because it takes them ages to credit back your card and they seem to loose an awful lot of returns
Make sure you take your despatch note and your confirmation email (with prices you paid) with you, just incase any of the items have reduced in price since you bought them, as without a receipt they will only refund the current price (I think the despatch note still doesn't have prices on)
Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year to everyone on here (though I guess you're all over on the boots sale! :rotfl:) hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow with lots of lovely bootsy pressies!0 -
