First - thanks for the excellent thread - I've been searching for some info on Boots and this came up. I've read the first posts and loads of others but can't find the answer yet - I'd really appreciate it if someone could let me know if they have experience of this.

I've recently done a big order on boots.com, and want to return a couple of items (probably locally rather than returns form) as they are apparently duplicate gifts. They're not part of 342s, but I used a total spend voucher for £100 and if I return them the total would be just under £100. Will they take off the total spend bonus points?

Would it be the same whether I return in store or by post? And would it be the same if I had purchased in store or online.

just use it as guest enter your ac number in box provided on basket screen - quidco too

Thanks for this. Unfortunately, I was using a small local Boots which doesn't have an ACM - I know, how annoying is that! I'd love to see ACMs in ALL Boots!

I don't think anyone has a present this christmas without a Boots item in it!
Even the wrapping paper was from last years sale online! Very nice it is too!

I have never been so pampered in my life with luxury bathing and body care products.Oh and so many fragrances to chose from:j

Mind you it makes Christmas shopping harder for my OH as I used to be happy with smellies in my stocking (as well as jewellery or something!), now I'd rather get a bargain!

Congratulations to Broclo ,babybugaroo (is that right?)and nuninge for the new arrivals who will no doubt be pampered haed to toe in Boots!

I also want to thank you all for the support you gave following my diagnosis of Breast cancer in July.It was overwhelming how caring "strangers" can be.No-one is ever alone with MSE and esecially the very friendly supportive boots thread.I am recovering well and hope for a cancer free future.
I also want to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and a bargain filled and healthy New Year.
Thinking also of those no longer with us and those who have lost a loved one this year.Love to Jill and her family in Liverpool.

I'm not going to bother trying to access and order anything on the Superdrug site, i keep getting a blank page saying '
No suitable nodes are available to serve your request.'

I just copied and pasted what it says, hope it doesn't come out too big!

Good luck to anyone who actually manages to place an order on there, you have more patience than me :-)
