Hi Gang,
sniped
Best wishes for next year and let's hope it's 5000 x better than this 1 (well for me anyway, as this has been the worst year of my life, thanks to the lovely ladies that have kept in touch with me via pm and kept me sane!). Mind, I've got man flu, so might not last till next year. LOL.
Mimi
Assuming you do live til next year (with man flu, you never can tell!:rotfl: ) I hope 2009 is much better for you. You have certainly entertained me this year with your posts!!

so go to the acm,
get the 150 points from acm on Trevor Sorbie, buy the TS SPRAY use the bluey pay £1.91
do the same for Toni and Guy 150 points from acm and use bluey on SHAMPOO pay £2.88
50 points in acm for natural collection cosmetics cheapest of which is the EYESHADOW £1.65
you might be able to get 2 or 3 of each points coupon, but can only use 1 of each brand in each transaction, so you might have to do a couple of transactions..hth
you might need a friendly SA who won't mind you combining vouchers
or 750 points for this Urban retreat x2 £9.78
or these JK brushes x2 for the same
or search HERE for the whole 750 points range wyb 2 (sort prices low to high)
There might be an acm voucher for UMBERTO GIANNINI and you can use the bluey on this as well.
sorry I realised I'm assuming you've got blueys, hope you have!
hthCheck out post 1 for the ACM offers... you can probably buy a couple of mens shaving gels to make up your points.
Thanks for those, much appreciated. Will go along and have a play with the ACM then and see what I can get.0 -
Hi all,
Is there any offers on Clinique at the mo? Need to get baba's Godmother something and she only use's Clinique, so thought I would maximise my 750 extra points coupon0 -
Well I had a great shop in Boots today. I bought
8 x JK nails files @ £2 each (price on JK Counter)
got a free JK pink makeup bag for spending £15 on JK
1 x Admit it S & G set(couldn't believe it was on the shelf and grabbed it quick as was the only one there)
1 x S & G hand cream
1x S & G shower gel all on a 3 for 2 with free gift bag.
4 x JF Serum (free with bluey)
2 x Bourgois sharpeners (free with vouchers)
I think the total I paid was £25.89 and I got 3036 points!!!!!! The SA took me to another till as all my stuff had problems with pricing so he had to over ride the prices!!! Did it all as one transaction and I got 5 blueys!!!!!! I now have a healthy £54 in points ready for the sales - yippeee!!!

Tonight I was on way to food shop and couldn't resist the urge to check whether the main Boots store in town sold the Jemma Kidd nail files. So I drove there ... it was late night shopping in town so parked in car park (for the free parking ticket for 15mins) then ran into the Boots store and I ran to the nail accessories section and bagged myself some JK face/body wipes (3.43) and a JK nail emery board (2.94) then I went to the till and the total was £6.37 and I was rewarded 750 bonus points and a bluey. I then ran to the Bourjois stand and got a Bourjois Glass Nail File with the bluey and total was 95p. Then I went and grabbed a couple more JK emery boards total £5.88 and then went to another till purchased them and received back a bluey and then used that to purchase Bourjois Hot Pink Tweezers for 89p.
3 x JK Emery Boards
1 x JK Wipes
1 x Bourjois Tweezers
1 x Bourjois Nail file
= £14.09, 5 great stocking fillers, 1500 Boots points (it would seem Boots is paying us to shop!) and 1 extremely happy customer! Thanks Mr B. I really think I'm beginning to get the knack of this now!!! lol. Do deals like this happen throughout the year or is it just xmas specials. Thanks to everyone for their great tips! Much appreciated! x:jMummy to a beautiful 4 month old princess! x0 -

Yes, they're on the accessories stand, with the nail care, make-up brushes etc....... behind the make-up stands, towards the perfume stand - hope that makes sense!
Hi, yeah I know what you mean ... I just was expecting them to be on a Jemma Kidd stand or something!! lol. Nevermind I went to the Leamington Spa Parade store after work tonight and fortunately found the emery boards and wipes there! Phew! I had been hunting them down like mad! Got 1500 points so I am really pleased! Thanks for your help! Much appreciated.Mummy to a beautiful 4 month old princess! x0 -

I got them in Bristol at the Mall. They have a JK stand there and the price on the shelf is £2 but there are never any files there, the files are with the nailcare stuff and priced at £3 so I always direct the SA to the JK stand to se the price tag there!!! Also the free makeup bag is only on the JK stand for purchases of £15 and above and always comes up at £9 ish and the SA has to overide @ nil!!!
You did well also though - so well done.

Awww thanks. Well I don't think anywhere near to me has a stand so I ordered online last night the nail buffers lol. Had I realised they sold them in store then I would have waited til today! Patience is not my strong point .. especially when there is a bargain to be had! I felt really guilty getting all these points today and kept thinking "I hope there isn't any restrictions on how many of these types of purchases people can have!". I doubt there are ... but Boots literally do seem to be paying us to shop there! I have got about 34 points in total now ... that has stretched from 12 in the past 2 days! lol. You could say I am getting addicted to this thread! Just trying to figure what I want in the sales!Mummy to a beautiful 4 month old princess! x0
