How do you get rid of the generic errors that keep popping up on .com? My basket when I sign in says -7 items / - £170????

If you click on your basket you should see a 'remove' link next to each item. Remove all the items you don't want and then update your basket. Hope this helps.

try logging out of boots.com, deleting all your boots cookies, then logging back in, that sometimes works for me

Does anybody know if the generic errors on .com clear themselves? I cant even get into my basket at the moment.

My basket has had a generic error for over 2 weeks. I cannot get into the basket to empty it. Neither can CS. Totally fed up with it and Boots. Apparently this (long term) problem is widespread across the country and technicians are trying to fix it.. :think:

In my local Boots in Belfast they have now got signs up saying 750 points when you buy any 2 JK/Urban Decay products instead of the 500 that was on previously, so they have now up'ed the points to match .com

I think I'll be making a purchase of 2 JK nail files tomorrow, even though they are £3.43 in that Boots, it will take my points over £50 :j

I saw them stacking the shelves with new FCUK bags as I walked past my store when they had shut. I'll be there at 8.30 in the morning!

I have got the generic error when trying to view my favourites! Which is a bit of a bummer!! However I did manage to empty my basket which was showing a total of -£150. (that would have been a nice result!!)

I cleared my cookies, then logged off and restarted computer. Put 3 items into my Boots.com basket, went straight to checkout page, and the other items had disappeared!!

Don't know if this was just luck........ however it let me order again!!!:j
