I used this facility for the first time last week and i was very happy with the order and how it went through.

p.s. you can't pay instore when making an order online though!

I saw these in store and I thought the one in the green bottle was very fresh smelling and quite nice. The peachy bottled perfume was a bit like cheap coconut suntan lotion, (but might be ok to wear in summer) they didn't have the purple one so cannot comment on that.

But the 1500 points is very tempting.

I've done this before and got a receipt saying "item returned without receipt" under the exchanged item (or something like that). You are entitled to a receipt. Legally you have still bought the straighteners its just that Mr B has accepted other goods in payment rather than cash. You should therefore get a receipt.
