I Had the same problem and couldnt see the presents even when i scrolled right down, then i realised I hadn't scrolled all the way across to the right!

Parcel did not show for me so used cursor and kept clicking near right hand edge ,said I had found it hope this helps

You may need to change the resolution on your screen as it is quite wide. have you tried scrolling further to the right?
