Capital One no more 0% balance transfer

I applied for a Capital One Mastercard on the internet just before Christmas and the deal was 0% balance transfers for six months, when I got the forms to sign a few days ago they say 0% purchases for six months and 5.94% for life for balances transferred in the first six months. The Capital One website no longer has any 0% balance transfer offers.
If I don't send the form back as I don't think I now want this card, will I still have left a search on my credit files or is it best to write to them and say I no longer wish to proceed.

I've not seen a 0% BT card on their website since they dropped the Jan-07 offer (in mid-December?). Why not ring and let them know they've sent you the wrong paperwork?
On the credit search, as soon as you hit 'submit' the search will have registered, and you will not now be able to get it removed - whether you take up their offer or not.0
