Replacement Sky remote

Hi, my old Sky digital remote is about to die, half the buttons dont work anymore! Where is the cheapest place to buy a replacement or does Sky give you one for free?

Will the engineer that delivers the digi box and dish, also fix it? Must you agree to take out one of Sky'e packages?

The starter pack from CW says delivered by a sky engineer. I suspect that he aint comming unless sky send him after a contract is signed.
Asda have the remotes on the shelf at £19 but go through the till at £14.0 -
Costco have the magic eye package for £15 which includes the receiver to transmit sky to another room and a sky remote0

my sky+ controller just broke and i was going to get one from argos at £25. i then saw a sky van at my neighbours house and thought that i might ask him. he sold me one for £15 but i dont think he was suppose to. saved £10 wah-hoo.0
