There's an 8gb Ipod Touch on the Littlewoods site today - it does not say if 1st or 2nd gen but does mention built-in speakers let's say 2nd, at £209.0. Actually, that is a 25% hike on the price I saw it at a couple of days ago. Littlewoods is obviously getting ready for Christmas.

If anyone has links to a better deal, please contribute!

Just thought I'd update this to say that it only seems to work for first time Littlewoods customers so if you already shop with them, get someone else to open a new account. Good call Sidface. To anyone thinking of getting one, I suggest that you print out an image of the web page showing that this is the model with the built in loudspeaker, so it's guaranteed to be the 2nd generation model. Lots of people buying on mail order have been palmed off (even by big name retailers) with 1st gen model you see.

Right, today i went onto the Additions website to look at my order status. It says on the website, if your were to type 'iTouch' in and go to the 8GB Model that delelivery will be within 7 days.

Anyway, i ordered it on the 2nd December, and it said that the origional delivery date is the 11th December on the order tracker, which is fair enough... So i was expecting it to come on Wednesday, it then changed to the 9th of December so it should have been here yesterday!
Right... im sorry that this is getting all complicated lol
Anyway, i waited in on Tuesday for it to arrive, and nothing came, so i then went onto the website again on the order tracker and it then said that its coming on the 16th! That was the third time they changed the delivery date in a matter of days. They are expecting me to wait 2 weeks for something which is shown on the website to be delivered in 1 week.
I thought, fair enough, maybe their busy so i gave them a ring asking for a guarentee that the itouch will be delivered on the 16th, and they said that they cannot guarentee that it will be deilved on that date. I then asked will it be deliverd by Christmas, and again they said that they cannot guarentee this.
Anyway, i said i want to cancel the order, and they are now saying that the order has progresses too much in order to refund the money! There giving me a ring tomorrow to tell me if they are going to refund it or not.
I told them that i will take the custom elsewhere.

Anyway, has anyone else found any good offers on it recently?

Im the same, ordered my touch on the 24th Nov! Rang today, they can't give a date... Apparently its meant to have been delivered today.. Now lets see wht date they put next...
