tesco.net slow dial up!!

just wondering if anyone else is having problems with connecting up to Tesco.net-I'm on the daytime package and after many months of trouble free connection the last 5 days every time I try to connect up it takes a good 4 minutes before it finally connects-it fails on the first 2 numbers and finally connects on the third.I phoned tesco.net and they said the servers can be busy-fair enough but it's doing it all the time(never had a problem before).The second number says over my pc speakers that this number is barred!!
wondering if other users are suffering the same or could this be a problem with my computer!!

If it doesn't work on the first two numbers, but the third works, set the third number to your first number and you shouldn't have a problem.

i.e. Say you have the following phone numbers listed:

• First Number: 123
• Second Number: 234
• Third Number: 345

then set your first number to 345 (currently the third number).
