I signed up for this diet facility with tesco last year and it's really good, I got extra points for joining and chose to follow the GI diet. I lost over a stone and the weekly menus were varied and you can choose different options if the ones they offer you aren't suitable. I cancelled my membership just before Christmas and am carrying on with the diet using the weekly menu sheets I printed off and the weight is still coming off slowly but surely. I think it's worth joining.

i know this is a bit cheeky but would you mind sharing a few of your menus with me, so i can take a look at what food they offer. i am 7 stone overweight after falling and slipping a disc 3 years ago. i have tried lots of diets but never really like the food and there never seems enough choices to swap around with. i dont want the expense of joining another diet club if i am not going to like what they offer on there either, thanks

    anyone received their points yet????

no - I also went through Quidco and t hasnt appeared on my Quidco list of transactions (it has another four days to appear before i do a missing transaction thingy).

If my points do not appear I have a leaflet that was included with my CC statement that states 1000 points on tesco ediets so will send them a copy of that if things start to get "heated".
  • £3 a week for someone to tell you not to eat cakes. How's this moneysaving?
