Just to point out that if you join through the Quidco link then you get £12 cashback too - makes it even cheaper.
Would be interested to know if anyone has got the 1000 points and if a code is needed.

    I've found the 1000 points link... http://www.tescodiets.com/clubcard

I hope that works... and I hope it helps someone... I just registered and it looks really good. I now have my shopping list and a list of everything I'm going to be eating for the next week EEEEKKKK!!!! It does include recipes but you have to pay an extra 75p a week for that... but they do look good and I think it's well worth it.

Hi , if you delete everything from address bar except https://www.tescodiets.com when you go through quidco then add /clubcard this then takes you onto the 1000 points page & it may but not sure give you your extra points as well as quidco cashback
  • I signed up for this diet facility with tesco last year and it's really good, I got extra points for joining and chose to follow the GI diet. I lost over a stone and the weekly menus were varied and you can choose different options if the ones they offer you aren't suitable. I cancelled my membership just before Christmas and am carrying on with the diet using the weekly menu sheets I printed off and the weight is still coming off slowly but surely. I think it's worth joining.
  • anyone received their points yet????

  • The best thing about the Tesco diet scheme is that it can be tailored (at no extra cost) to suit your precise requirements. I am coeliac (no wheat) and dairy intolerant and my big problem with ALL the other diet companies is that they can't cope with this. They just say "change the foods for the ones you can eat". The trouble with that is that the foods may not have the same calories/value/GI as the "normal" ones so I could be undoing any good the dieting should be doing. Tesco's give me meals (and the recipes, and I get them when I print out the week's menu with out paying any extra) that I can use straight from the list. You also have access to advice from their team (includes a dietitian) for specific queries.
