Has anyone bought anything from this company? I ordered a mobile phone battery on 25th November and I'm still waiting. My credit card was debited immediately and when I emailed them to let them know, no apologies, just said they would send a replacement which also hasn't arrived. Can't claim back from the card company because it only about £12.:mad:

This website is obviously a scam, as I also ordered a battery over ten days ago and have yet to receive it. I tried ringing the telephone number from the website, and there's no answer. So. I rang BT to complain about a fault on the line, and got an automated reply that the number I provided is not a BT number.

Do not go anywhere near 'www.uksource.com' nor the company to which the credit card is charged - 'TCZ International'.

My goods haven't arrived yet either. I couldn't find a phone number but have sent a number of emails and they have replied to every one of them promising the goods and/or refunds both of which have not happened. I have completed a disputes form with my Cc Company and they are investigating. Can this website be closed down?

I just checked my credit card online and they have credited my account with the payment I made. Can't think why they didn't supply the goods. If it's a scam, why refund?

Yes me too - ordered and paid mid Jan -after many weeks and emails and a fax - finally rec'd the wrong charger and then yet again another wrong charger and not any of the 3 correct things I ordered - (battery, charger and USB lead )I have requested a refund over a week ago now to no avail - however after now requesting one yet again and telling them I will be sending a complaint to Paypal, BBC Watchdog and Trading standards - since their website is now not working either - they have emailed me from a different email address requesting my card details so they can refund me - I have asked them to use their or Paypals records from my original order as I can't help but think if I submit them again more money will be taken from my account. We shall see what happens now....... over the weeks I searched to see if I could find anyone else having problems with them and only found the odd one - no idea why it didn't show up on here before....

on tuesday I received a few emails from a new email address after website went down offering me a refund to which I was worried about giving my card details again ...they then rang me from a mobile number and assured me they would put it thru as a refund - I did make the point that would they give their details to a company who had not sent them anything right in 6 weeks etc and why couldnt they have just sent me my order that was all I wanted - they said it had been sent - but they would refund me now - so as I was on the spot I risked it -(my bank's fraud dept were aware and keeping an eye on the transacation) they did not ask me for the 3 numbers on the back of the card - so I was hopeful it would be a refund as they would need the 3 numbers to charge my card - and hey presto today a refund for the full order amount is back on my account ... phew - so all sorted - I hope it all works out for you guys - it has been a struggle to get this far and a real shame as I order stuff over the internet and ebay etc all the time and this is the 1st problem I have had and it really made me think I had been lucky to have not been stung before - still got no phone battery and all the sellers on ebay for it have horrible negative comments all saying stuff never arrives - I am addicted to checking negative comments now : ) - this company certainly
lured me into a false sense of security with its login procedure and welcome email etc when I first ordered.... but only fair for me to come back on here and say eventually they have put things right for me...

Similar problems with an item I ordered being incorrect. Deliver was nearly 2 weeks despite getting confirmation it was dispatched 4 working days after order. they have now assured me the correct one will now be sent but yet to receive it. I dont think the site is dodgy just think it may be a part time business...
