Bid up TV, Ring broke after one hour

Hi, I dont know which thread to put this on as its not a rip off.... i bought a pearl cluster ring off bid-up tv and only wore it for an hour to the pub, so its wasnt get much 'hammer'... Anyway one of the pearls has gone, obviously not put in the ring correctly, can I ask for a replacement? I only paid a few quid for it, the £7.99 postage cost more... Thanks

    Of course you can ask for a replacement. Whether you're entitled to one or not I guess depends on whether the ring genuinely was faulty.

    well i am guessing its just a pieceof costume jewellry,but it presumably is classed as faulty under the sale of goods act-can't see you will have a problem.

    I have relatives who buy lots of stuff from them,i thought the postage you paid enabled you to return it free of charge?

    I shouldn't but :rotfl::rotfl:

    op - sounds like it should last much longer if it's what it claims to be. Definitely send it back. Let us know how you get on.
