Gameing Control with limited hand movement

Hi
Does anyone know of any gameing Controls for the PC that would be suitable for someone with limited hand movements from a Spinal Injury?
That would enable to play games such as Half Life ?
Am able to control a mouse with right hand, and click.
But very poor contol over left hand.
Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
