can anyone offer inspiration please?!

i am looking to book a holiday for summer 09 for me, OH and DD who will be 4 in july. we can only go between 22 june and 31 august, ideally looking at 27 june - 11 july so we are there for mine and DD's birthdays.

we prefer all inclusive as it's easier to budget and they tend to have activities, facilities and entertainment suitable for children so we don't have to worry about finding something suitable to do in the evenings.

looking for a beach holiday but honestly don't mind where we go as long as it is suitable for families. budget = cheap as possible! hoping for around £1000? thinking of booking flights and accommodation seperately, have done this few times before and it seems to work out cheaper than packages.

a quick initial search brought up costa del sol flights with easyjet for £189 total and accommodation with alpharooms for £937 total. but i am looking for inspiration and ideas of other destinations to try?

any help appreciated, thanks x
