Cheers for this. The Gamecube is a great little system. I'm tempted to buy one even though I've already got a PS2.

Its a shame the market for the Cube is dwindling in this country.

I was in Argos yesterday (Maidstone) and they had the Mario Smash Football bundle in stock for £49.99 - even though it still says £79.99 on the website. I checked on the little box and it said 49.99 on there too. I'm not sure if it came with a bundle or not, but was advertised in the clerance booklet rather than in the ordinary booklet. The controller was only £2.49 though and memory card £1.49.

Sales don't always reflect the hardware. The fact the PS2 is the top selling console says it all really.

Just reserved one in Chester (near home) and I'll be picking it up on Wed morning, along with an extra controller (at only £2.99) and a memory card (at £1.49!)

Might be hard finding stock of the games though? I found a Mario Gamecube, Controller, Memory Card and Incredibles game in a store local to me. Not that much good since I bought one of these the other day on its own for £49.99
